Oxygen and Gas Monitoring Services

Princeton CryoTech is a leading national distributor for GFG Instrumentation, a leading gas detection equipment manufacturer for both portable and fixed systems.

Oxygen monitoring is absolutely necessary whenever cryogenic fluids are present. Cryogenic liquids can expand up to 700 times their volume when they change from liquid to gas, which effectively replaces ambient oxygen, quickly creating an oxygen deficient environment. Normal air contains 20.9% oxygen; OSHA considers levels at and below 19.5% oxygen to be dangerous.

Whether you are working with cryogenic fluids, or other hazardous gases, Princeton Cryotech and GFG covers all gas monitoring applications, in both fixed and portable systems.

DynaGard 25 Series for O2 or CO2 (Standalone)

Benefits:

  • Easy installation
  • Automatic test of alarms, charging and record keeping
  • Local display and horn / strobe
  • Adjustable alarm points
  • On-board relays for external controls
  • 4-20 mA output

The Dynagard 25 Series is a single point fixed O2 or CO2 monitoring system for accurate measurement of oxygen levels.

It offers a local display, a horn / stobe, and a linear 4-20 mA output. The Dynagard 25 Series is a safe and reliable gas warning system.

Each alarm point can be adjusted separately. The alarm point values can be freely adjusted within the detection range of the transmitter. The controller provides four voltage-free relays for the three alarms and one fault warning. The relays can prompt specific counter measures to prevent or limit dangers from gases or vapors.

For O2, the ZD 21 zirconia sensor technology in the Dynagard 25 Series O2 has an impressive response to an oxygen deficiency in less than two seconds. This extremely short response time allows the user the time to take measures to prevent considerable damage.

For CO2, the Dynagard 25 Series CO2 uses the IR 24 detection technology. The NDIR method used in the GfG sensor can measure the carbon dioxide concentration precisely and reliably.

DS220 Micro IV Multi-Unit Docking Station

Benefits:

  • Up to six Micro IV gas detector slots
  • Fully automatic functional bump test and calibration
  • Automatic test of alarms, response time and sensitivity
  • Simple green (pass) / yellow (running) / red (fail) LED indication

The DS220 docking station for the Micro IV is an automatic system for calibrating and bump testing up to six Micro IV single gas detectors simultaneously.
